Jamestown, Kentucky~ Cynthia Mary Record is responsible for the 10 County Lake Cumberland Areas. She is co-chairman of the Russell County Elder Abuse Council;
Teacher for the National Restaurant Association; Advisor for the Kentucky AARP Committee and the Kentucky Nutrition Work Groups.
While Cynthia Record's expertise lies in the directing of the Aging Program at Lake Cumberland, she has developed teaching and nutritional techniques to support the Elderly population.
