Donald Leighton Garwood


We would like to welcome and congratulate one of our Featured Members for the year 2007.

Donald Leighton Garwood ~ vice president and senior property manager of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd., for its condominium division.

Garwood holds more than 22 years of experience in property management and real estate and is currently property manager for the Hawaii Kai Marina Community Association, which includes approximately 2,500 residential units. Before joining Hawaiian Properties, Garwood was vice president and managing director for Metropolitan Management, Inc. He also worked as a director of marketing for both Certified Management, Inc. and Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. Garwood received his bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
