Robert Gimbl, president of RGA Results, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Robert Gimbl's commitment to excellence in the field of professional coaching.
Gimbl, who has been working in his field for the past thirty-five years, has worked his way up to President of a very successful and rewarding business. By the use of executive coaching, combined with leader training, he is able to teach and train individuals to achieve their professional, as well as their personal, goals. Gimbl meets with clients to uncover their unique learning and development needs, coaches individuals at all levels within their current organization, creates more developed and resourceful business professionals and helps companies with job specific competencies and talent management. His biggest challenge, he says, "is evolving a client into a serious and powerful leader in their field."
Gimbl strives to always do right by his clients, and strives to continue helping them attain their potential, either professionally or personally. Inspired by his faith, he says, "The more you give to others the more you receive back. Life is full of abundance." He further notes that his willingness to learn new concepts and having the drive to always do better also helps him as a person and benefits in his professional life as well.
Mr. Gimbl holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management from the New York Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, a board member for the Wharton Business School and conducts speeches around the globe on leadership skills. He is a firm supporter of the Church of Litchfield Park. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing golf and gardening.

Biltmore Who's Who Selects Ryan Brooks as this week's Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry for 2009.
Ryan Brooks, senior recruiting consultant of Allstate, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Ryan Brook's commitment to excellence in the insurance and recruiting industries.
Brooks, who has spent the last four years working in his position as a consultant, began his career in 1992, as a clubhouse manager for the Toledo Mud Hens AAA affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. He has spent a total of sixteen years in the business world, and has plans to excel in his current role so that he can advance and challenge himself down the road.
As the role of a senior recruiting consultant, Brooks seeks out professionals in the field that are seeking entrepreneurship titles within the Allstate brand. By conducting interviews and participating in research to find potential candidates that are right for the position, he is able to take on his most recent challenge: seeking out agents within the state of Florida. "I have extensive knowledge of sourcing and the various software technologies within the organization," he explained, that give him the edge to find the right candidates for each agency.
Brooks currently holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Marketing from the University of Toledo, which he received in 2002. He contributes to a number of charities and volunteers with Helping Hands and Heart Walk. He also donates to breast cancer research. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing basketball and golf.
