Biltmore Who's Who Selects Deborah A. Rose as this week's Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry for 2009.

Deborah A. Rose, office administrator for THA Group, The Health Care Alternative, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Deborah A. Rose's commitment to excellence in the healthcare industry.

Mrs. Rose recently accepted the opportunity to work with THA Group this past April, followed by 17 years with the Chatham County Health Department, ten of which was in the role as Human Services Program Specialist for Fetal and Infant Mortality Review and four years with Job Corps.

Believing that working with great minds and learning from them is what inspired Rose to take on the challenges of working on the administrative side of healthcare. THA Group offers a continuum of care through four service lines comprised of Island Healthcare, Island Hospice, Independent Living at Home and Ideal Aging. Their Mission Statement says it best, "Health Care for Life at Home." Her role is working in tandem with the clinical coordinator to see that the clients get the best service and care available to them.

Mrs. Rose has been a featured speaker for various medical conferences, developed a training manual and traveled to various Georgia counties to present mock infant death reviews with some members of the Review Team as well as provided assistance to other counties in the development of a review program in those areas. She also presented training to law enforcement officers on sensitive handling of infant death investigations.

Rose was published in numerous publications and has contributed freelance writing for several Savannah business journals. She has earned 4.2 CEUKs for Principles of Epidemiology, became a qualified perinatal grief counselor and Coordinator in 1997 and completed a two-year management course through from 1995-1997.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies and enjoying the company of family and friends.
